Terri has enjoyed a 15 year career in the fitness industry. after a spinal cord injury in 2009, she decided to find a gentler approach to her fitness routine and began taking yoga classes. It was love at first asana! Terri's journey has lead to a path of yoga Therapy, working in assisted living facilities, the wounded warrior project, private clients, teaching trauma sensitive yoga, hosting and teaching workshops, and sharing her passion of yoga, health, well~being & self care.
